Questioning about whether you're a good fit?
Look, honestly, this program won’t be the right fit for everybody and that’s okay! Here are some FAQs to help you decide if it’s a good fit for you:
You will come to my clinic in Bull Creek or meet me over Zoom and we will have a chat for half an hour. We’ll explore the limiting beliefs, negative life patterns, and emotions holding you back from achieving outcomes specific to YOUR life – work and personal. After identifying what you would like to focus on in this session, you will then lie down face up on my comfortable massage table or a sofa or bed if you’re at home.
I will induce you into a relaxed state then move into Timeline Therapy™. This is a closed eyes process where I will ask you questions and take you back to the first time you took on the limiting belief or negative emotion to be shifted and resolved.
Working together I will guide you to release the old beliefs and negative emotions at the subconscious level. Then I’ll use a combination of Kinesiology and EFT to further shift your emotions, rebalance your energy and help you reconnect to who you are.
This is an individualised experience, so your outcomes are unique to you. Typically, you will experience one of three reactions after a treatment:
1. Immediately feel different
2. Gradually feel different over time
3. Feel slightly different, but not be able to describe it, then one day wake up and think “Woah, I feel so different now!”
Each session takes 1 to 2 weeks for integration. Most people report feeling calmer, lighter, confident, more carefree, and less stressed.
In my experience, Timeline therapy takes about 6 sessions to completely resolve and rewire an underlying limiting belief that’s been driving fear and anxiety symptoms and negative behaviour cycles.
Each session takes 1 to 2 weeks for integration. So, after 6 fortnightly treatments, we will have completed the foundational work to make some real changes.
After that, you may need a follow-up maintenance session or coaching every 3 to 6 months.
Or you may decide to repeat the process to work on another limiting belief that’s impacting the quality of your life.
Your appointment will go for roughly 90 minutes – give or take a little.
As this is a new process it can take some clients a little longer to go with the flow, which is totally fine. It does not mean the process will be any less effective, it just requires more time, patience, and adjustment.
For new clients, Timeline Therapy is only available through one of my packages as it is most effective over 6 fortnightly sessions.
I may still use Timeline Therapy as part of ongoing treatment for existing clients who have already experienced it with me.
In addition to being a Kinesiologist, I’m qualified to use a range of complementary tools including Timeline Therapy, NLP, EFT, and hypnotherapy.
I integrate these different modalities with Kinesiology to ensure the best possible outcomes for each of my clients, depending on their needs.
That’s what I mean by integrated healing.
